Project: 80s Cartoon Gif Search

gif search logo Click any of the buttons at the top of the page to load 10 gifs. Click on each one to see the gif animation, and click again to stop. Add your own buttons to the page by filling in the text box on the right of the page, and either clicking the Add button or pressing Enter. All gifs provided by the Giphy API.

Project: History Trivia Game

trivia game logo In this trivia game, users see one question at a time, and are given 15 seconds to choose the correct answer from four choices. Upon completing ten questions, the user's score is displayed and the option is given to play again.

Project: LIRI Bot (Node)

liri bot logo The LIRI Bot is a play on Apple's "SIRI" and stands for "Language Interpretation and Recognition Interface." This program runs entirely in the command line, and takes user inputs to run different API searches to output music and movie information to the terminal.

Project: 'Bamazon' Marketplace (Node)

bamazon logo The 'Bamazon' Marketplace combines JavaScript run in Node.js and a MySQL database, and allows users to search, purchase, and adjust inventory in a mock marketplace. This program runs entirely in the command line, and takes user inputs to log different MySQL data to the terminal.

Project: Express Burger (Handlebars.js)

express burger logo Express Burger is a Heroku deployed web application that allows users to choose from a list of burgers to "eat" - or to create their own burger. Clicking the "Eat Me!" button will move a burger to the right column on the screen. The front-end HTML was created using Handlebars.js templating.
